The House
About
Silkwoven & Co. is a contemporary apparel house built around refined essentials, exceptional materials and the quiet art of craftsmanship. Less display. More detail.
Philosophy
We begin with material, not marketing. Fabric drape, stitching and thread count are considered before a single line is drawn. Every piece is cut to endure — pure form, considered fabric, made to be worn for years rather than a season.
How we work
Essentials is the permanent core. Atelier is small-run in rare materials — often one per size per season. Studio is where we test new silhouettes and drape. All are made in small rooms, on long tables, in natural light.
Materials & care
Fabric is sourced first; the silhouette is drawn around it. Wool is chosen in heavyweight and mid-weight suiting cloths for how they fold and hang, not for the lowest price. Silk is selected for a matte, considered sheen rather than gloss. Pashmina fiber is left undyed wherever the design allows, so the material itself sets the color. Every piece ships with its own care instructions, and our Client Care team can arrange cleaning, minor repair or reweaving on request — a garment is meant to be lived in, not retired.
The mark
The interwoven emblem and the wordmark are set in Cormorant Garamond and Inter. The palette is graphite, charcoal, stone and off-white — no gold, no beige. Luxury through restraint.
